Two decades after it was returned to Bermuda by the US Navy, Morgan’s Point is poised for a $2-billion development. A smaller-scale Atlantis-style tourism development is planned, with three hotels, condominiums, restaurants and a spa, among other facilities. There will also be a Jack Nicklaus designed, par 71 golf course built on 140 acres.
